About the Hunt

Experience Montana deer hunting the way it was meant to be — low pressure, private land, and quality bucks. This fully guided 5-day hunt takes place on exclusively private ranches in general deer units, offering rifle or muzzleloader hunters the chance to pursue mature mule deer and whitetails in beautiful big country.

You’ll hunt coulees, sage flats, creek bottoms, and rolling agricultural fields where deer grow old and wise — but with expert guides and well-managed land, you’ll have a strong shot at a buck worth talking about.

Season Options

  • Rifle Hunts: October (General Season)

  • Muzzleloader Hunts: December (Late Season – ideal for snow tracking)
    All hunts are 5 full days, with arrival the day before and departure the day after.

Travel Info

  • Fly Into: Billings, MT or Bozeman, MT

  • Drive Time to Camp: 1.5–3 hours depending on ranch

  • Rental car recommended

Tags & License Info

  • General Deer Tag (good for either species in most units)

  • Non-residents must apply for a Big Game Combo or Deer Combo License

  • We assist all booked clients with the draw process and deadlines
