Hunt Overview

Hunt one of the most exciting and underestimated big game animals in North America — the Aoudad, also known as Barbary Sheep. Originally from the rugged cliffs of Northern Africa, Aoudad have flourished in the wild, remote country of West Texas since their introduction in the late 1940s.

Today, Texas is home to over 25,000 free-range Aoudad, and our private ranch sits in the heart of it all — with a high population of mature rams and the kind of terrain that gives bow and rifle hunters the full Western-style experience.

This is a true spot-and-stalk hunt in classic caprock country. It’s a bit physical, incredibly rewarding, and strictly managed to maintain trophy quality. We limit the number of hunters annually, ensuring every client has a top-tier opportunity at rams 30 inches or better — with multiple rams on the property pushing 35"+.
